December 4, 2022: Commercial real estate developer Ferber Co. received site-plan approval for a mixed-use project it intends to build in Pembroke Park, Florida. Seneca Town Center would be built on 6.2 acres at 3195 W. The storage facility would be more than 50 feet tall with faux French balconies on the exterior. Ferber is under contract to buy the development site, pending final approvals.
