Friendly staff, lots of storage options. Was out of town for awhile and the staff helped me manage my storage while I was away. One time, I forgot to secure my unit properly. I called secured climate storage on my way from Ohio. They recommended a 10x20 climate controlled unit due to my pictures and wood furniture. They were so helpful, even gave me the phone number of movers to help me unload the penske truck. You can also leave your penske truck there, and it is done.
