Very black-and-white contract. No hidden fees. The staff here is so, so helpful. I have really appreciated renting space here twice now. I like the local feel a lot. Clean facility, and the gate has always opened with my code, which is important when you have a vehicle full of stuff to unload. The place is reliable, honest, fair, and likely has space open for you to rent. I highly recommend over any corporate storage facility. Bring your own lock - David Waugh
