1. Overall, all the experiences I've had with this facility and the management have been good. Moving can be very stressful and not fun! Although I did not have my things stored here, my Uncle did. Me and my husband have made several trips in the last couple weeks to complete moving all of my Uncle's things. Bernie, who works in the office, is a totally awesome guy! His customer service skills are top notch! So although moving is never a fun thing to do (in my book anways), at least Bernie makes any dealings with the office, bill, questions, or whatever is needed , a pleasant experience. I had a unit here for several years and have always had a good experience. The people working here are always very nice and helpful. They have better customer service than most other businesses. The units are a good size for the price and the large freight elevator is a nice bonus. I would go there again if I needed to store more stuff - Cary
