April 11, 2025: Boardwalk Development Group LLC, a private-equity investment company focused on self-storage, opened a new location in McDonough, Georgia. The facility at 275 Westridge Parkway comprises 86,550 net rentable square feet in 527 climate-controlled units. Founded in Atlanta in 2016 by Raj Sheth, Boardwalk specializes in self-storage and boat-storage acquisition, development, investment and operation in the Southeast. It has two developments underway in Canton, Georgia, and Summerville, South Carolina, and six more in the pipeline.
