The property has been acquired for $12.8 million

April 11, 2025: FultonBSH LRAR I LLC, an affiliate of City Line Capital, acquired Spaces Storage in Little Rock, Arkansas, for $12.8 million. The 2.2-acre parcel at 1700 Brookwood Drive offers 584 units. Daniel Lusk, owner of Spaces Riverdale LLC, purchased the facility for $637,074 in September 2015 from Winrock International Institute for Agricultural Development. Founded in 2017, Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania-based City Line operates 273 facilities in 29 states comprising 16.3 million rentable square feet.
