The property at 115 Bogart St. contains two buildings comprising 3,750 square feet each. It offers 40 drive-up units and a 1,500-square-foot office. The business has been rebranded as Blackwater Self-Storage. Based in Midlothian, Virginia, Delta specializes in the acquisition and development of industrial and commercial real estate.
