BPT has been in business since 1999

February 21, 2025: Business Property Trust (BPT) LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Portland, Oregon, is developing Carefree Covered RV Storage in Maricopa, Arizona. The facility at 45760 W. Estrella Parkway will offer 512 vehicle-storage spaces on 11 acres in the Estrella Gin Business Park. BPT plans to build two more facilities this year. Development partners include ABM Development Services, Baldwin Development Group, Done Deal Iron Works, Pender Engineering and Shane Cook of Estrella Gin Business Park. Founded in 1999, the company acquires and operates self-storage under the Bargain Storage brand. It also has seven Carefree Covered RV sites in Arizona and Texas.
