The acquisition added 78,274 square feet of rentable space to 10 Federal Storage's portfolio

January 24, 2025: 10 Federal Storage, which operates more than 70 self-storage locations in the Southeast, acquired a four-property Barnes Storage portfolio in Carrollton, Georgia. The facilities at 3439 and 3549 Carrollton Villa Rica Highway, 3015 Georgia State Route 61, and 2537 Georgia State Route 166 comprise a combined 78,274 rentable square feet in 433 climate-controlled and drive-up units and a warehouse. The seller was represented by J. Kris Knowles, an associate for Midcoast Properties Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage that focuses on self-storage in the Southeast.
