January 24, 2025: The Investment Real Estate Group of Companies which specializes in self-storage brokerage, construction and management and operates the Moove In Self Storage brand, acquired three A&L Storage facilities in Rome, New York. Together, the properties at 2016 Bateaux Lane, 1224 Floyd Ave. and 101 Park Ave. comprise 83,380 rentable square feet in 659 drive-up units. IREGC develops, acquires and operates more than 80 Moove In self-storage facilities across New England and the mid-Atlantic.
