December 26, 2024: Burlington Coat Factory Realty plans to redevelop one of its Spokane, Washington, retail outlets into Burlington Self Storage. The 6.5-acre plot at 5830 N. Division St. contains a two-story building that’ll comprise 140,000 square feet in 926 units. The project is expected to cost $1.1 million. It’ll be designed by Seattle-based Jackson | Main Architecture. The developer is a division of Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corp., which has with more than 1,000 off-price department stores in 40 states and Puerto Rico.
