U-Haul has been in business since 1945

December 26, 2024: Phoenix-based U-Haul International Inc. opened a new location in Zanesville, Ohio. The four-story building at 3742 Northpointe Drive offers 996 units and includes a warehouse to house 735 U-Box portable-storage containers. U-Haul acquired the 5-acre property in 2022. It replaces the company’s facility at 618 S. Pine St.

Established in 1945, U-Haul owns and manages more than 68.7 million square feet of storage space nationwide.
