The facility has been sold for $14.2 million

August 30, 2024: SmartGuard Self Storage in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada, sold for $14.2 million. The newly constructed facility at 8 Inglewood Drive comprises 36,900 square feet in 305 units. It sits on 6.5 acres with room for expansion. The seller was represented by broker Ken Kiers of NAI Commercial, a Langley, British Columbia, Canada-based real estate brokerage and property-management company. The buyer was represented by Phil Gibbons, associate vice president of Colliers International, which specializes in the acquisition, disposition and financing of self-storage facilities nationwide.
