September 3, 2024: Northland Storage at 2231 3rd St. S.E. in Mandan, North Dakota, sold to Five Star Storage, which operates 37 facilities in the Dakotas, Minnesota and Montana. The property offers drive-up and vehicle storage. Founded in 2004, Five Star specializes in self-storage acquisition, development and management.
