September 3, 2024: Go Store It Self Storage, a subsidiary of Madison Capital Group Holdings, and Snapbox Self Storage have merged, combining their platforms to oversee more than 10 million square feet of storage space and 146 locations across 23 states. Operating under the Go Store It brand name, the new entity is designed to enhance operational efficiency and spur growth in three key areas: acquisitions, development and third-party management.

Go Store It and Snapbox are portfolio companies of FrontRange, a real estate private-investment group that has invested $100 million into Madison Capital and its affiliates. FrontRange has made a general partner commitment to the new entity.

Established in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2013, Go Store It operates 96 self-storage locations and has nine under construction.
