The facility has been acquired for £10 million

August 20, 2024: Shurgard Self Storage Europe SARL, the European affiliate of U.S.-based REIT Public Storage Inc., acquired the freehold Lok’nStore facility in Basildon, England, for £10 million. Opened last December, the facility comprises 49,513 square feet in 700 units.
