CubeSmart owns or manages 1,482 self-storage facilities across the United States

August 20, 2024: CubeSmart sold its facility in Roanoke, Virginia. The building at 4146 Melrose Ave. N.W. comprises 48,316 square feet. It’ll be rebranded Lock & Roll Storage. The buyer was represented by Frank DeSalvo and David Perlleshi, senior directors with the self-storage investment sales team at Franklin Street, a Charlotte, North Carolina-based commercial real estate brokerage and insurance firm. CubeSmart owns or manages 1,482 self-storage facilities across the United States. Its operating portfolio comprises about 101.3 million square feet.
