The property has been acquired by Merit Hill Capital

August 20, 2024: Bear Valley RV Park and Self Storage in Hesperia, California, sold to Merit Hill Capital, a Brooklyn, New York-based real estate investment firm that operates 382 properties in the United States. The single-story facility at 18435 Bear Valley Road contains 726 units, plus vehicle storage and portable-storage units. It’ll be managed by Right Move Storage, which operates in four states. The buyer and the seller were represented in the transaction by Brian Somoza, managing director for JLL Capital Markets, a global provider of capital solutions for real estate investors.
