August 20, 2024: Commercial real estate firm Wentworth Property Co. LLC acquired A&S Storage Solutions in Tempe, Arizona. The facility at 2235 W. 1st St. comprises 122,350 square feet in 488 storage units. It’ll be managed and branded by self-storage real estate investment trust (REIT) CubeSmart. The property also includes six industrial suites that’ll be overseen by Wentworth’s property-management division. The company develops and owns industrial, office and residential assets in addition to self-storage.
