The new project will be completed by next summer

August 9, 2024: Storage Caves, a developer of condo-storage facilities, is building a new location in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Plans for the 5.5 acres at 3358 Terry’s Road include 119 climate-controlled spaces, which customers can purchase or lease. The company will break ground next month, with completion expected next summer. Storage Caves already operates six facilities in five states. It’s owned by Over Under Storage Partners LLC. The company aims to develop additional projects in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina, and Fort Mill, South Carolina, areas over the next 18 months.
