The facility has been sold for $1.6 million

July 18, 2024: Simple Self-Storage sold a four-facility portfolio, with locations in Farmington and Canton, Illinois, to Prime Space Storage LLC for $1.6 million. The buildings comprise a combined 35,650 square feet, including a primary facility and three satellite buildings. The buyer and seller were represented by Kris Parker, associate director of self-storage investments for Newmark, a New York City-based commercial real estate investment company with more than $1.7 trillion in transactions in 2022 and 2023.
