The facility has been acquired by Prime Storage Group

July 18, 2024: Real estate investment trust (REIT) CubeSmart sold a facility in Florence, Kentucky, to Prime Storage Group. The building at 8145 Connector Drive comprises 62,873 square feet in 624 units. The sale was brokered by Andrew Burachinsky, John Cranley, Bill Sitar Esq., and Monty Spencer of Yorktown, Virginia-based The Storage Acquistion Group, an affiliate of Mid-Atlantic Commercial Real Estate. The broker of record was Ben Sirk of Sirk & Co., a Paducah, Kentucky-based real estate company. CubeSmart owns or manages 1,482 self-storage facilities across the United States. Its operating portfolio comprises about 101.3 million square feet.
