It also offers indoor storage from the company’s affiliate CarVault Main Line, a private storage and social club for car enthusiasts. The property will be operated by Storage Asset Management (SAM), a property-management and consulting firm for the self-storage industry. Headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, SAM manages nearly 600 facilities nationwide.
