Chimney Rock Self Storage has been in business since 2018

April 24, 2024: Chimney Rock Self Storage submitted revised plans for a development to the Bridgewater, New Jersey, Zoning Board. Plans for the project on U.S. Route 22 near Vosseller Avenue include a 103,887-square-foot, three-story building containing 681 units. Improvements to the latest site plan reduced the footprint of the structure and addressed drainage and other aesthetic concerns expressed by the board.
