The facility is expected to be complete by summer 2024

May 17, 2023: Baco Properties intends to convert an ice rink to self-storage in Fresno, California. The project at 2473 N. Marks Ave. would serve as an expansion to an existing Security Public Storage facility next door. In addition to transforming the ice rink, it’ll include construction of two single-story buildings comprising about 44,000 square feet, with 103,000 square feet designated for boat/RV storage. The development requires a conditional-use permit. Valli Architectural Group is the designer. If approved, the facility is expected to be complete by summer 2024.
