March 7, 2022: The California Self Storage Association has launched a Legal Help Center through which members can seek free advice on business issues. Questions must be submitted via an online application. They must also be something an attorney could answer in less than 10 minutes. CSSA will assign submissions to member law firms, which will respond within three business days, according to an association email to members.

CSSA members will be notified if their question is too complex or requires a more detailed response. In those cases, they can either seek legal advice elsewhere or make arrangements with the attorney who received their query, according to the email.
