The project would include nine single-story buildings

January 18, 2023: Del Prete Construction Inc., through affiliate Del Corp Holdings LLC, intends to develop a self-storage facility on a mostly wooded, half-acre lot in Brick Township, New Jersey. The project at 345 Drum Point Road would include nine single-story buildings. A single-family home would remain and be used on site. On February 1st hearing will discuss the proposal, which requires a use variance because self-storage isn’t permitted in the Village Zone. Approval will require a supermajority of the zoning board of adjustment.
