January 12, 2023: Battleground Storage in Greensboro, North Carolina, sold for $4 million to AAA Storage Management 27 LLC, an affiliate of AAA Self Storage. The facility is built across two tracts comprising 2.8 acres at 3700-A and 3704 Old Battleground Road. Greensboro-based AAA operates 21 facilities across the state.
