November 22, 2022: MV Investment sold its newly developed self-storage project on Hillview Avenue in Knoxville, Tennessee, to Newport, California-based Platinum Storage Group.

Opened in October, the facility comprises about 90,000 square feet in more than 650 units. MV Investment owns facilities in Fort Myers, Lakeland and Ormond Beach, Florida, as well as Nicholasville, Kentucky. It has eight projects underway in Florida and North Carolina.
