The property has been acquired for €9.2 million

November 23, 2022: Shurgard Self Storage Europe SARL, the European affiliate of U.S.-based real estate investment trust (REIT) Public Storage Inc., acquired Box à la Carte in Seine-et-Marne, France, for €9.2 million. The facility comprises 6,000 square meters in 800 units. It was 60% occupied at the time of sale.

Shurgard operates 262 self-storage properties comprising 1.3 million net rentable square meters in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
