The project would comprise nine single-story buildings

November 17, 2022: Del Corp Holdings LLC (DCH) intends to develop a self-storage facility on a half-acre wooded lot in Brick Township, New Jersey. The project at 345 Drum Point Road would comprise nine single-story buildings but requires a use variance since self-storage isn’t a permitted use in the village zone. Approval will require a supermajority from the zoning board of adjustment. A single-family home on the property would remain, though its use hasn’t been specified. 

A zoning hearing was recently pushed back to Feb. 2 at the request of the developer. DCH is an affiliate of Brick-based Del Prete Construction Inc.
