April 4, 2012- NY self storage, Storage Deluxe has entered into a contract to pay roughly $18 million for an industrial property. The industrial property is located at 2115 Queens Plaza North in the Long Island City section of Queens. The new NY self storage will be named as SD Fine Art. The company is planning to build two buildings and is aiming to become the brand's second self storage location in New York City.

Storage Deluxe has purchased two new properties in New York City
February 25, 2011- Storage Deluxe, developer and manager of self storage properties have acquired properties in Brooklyn and Long Island City. They have plans to construct two new state-of-the-art storage facilities at the above mentioned locations. Their aim is to provide convenient storage options to the surrounding areas.
Storage Deluxe has purchased the former Jewish Press Building, located at 338 3rd Avenue, in Brooklyn, NY. The building will be renovated to hold approximately 1,400 self storage units. The self-storage will have top security; climate control & drive through loading are as well.

The new climate controlled buildings will be using Dow's THERMAX and FROTH-PAK foam sealant products
February 15, 2011- AA storages facility, located in Shackleford, Arkansas is growing, and working on the project currently.
It is expanding to a new 31,050-square-foot building in Little Rock. The project is expected to finish by July 2011. The project is lead by Paramount Metal Systems. They have good experience in constructing proficient facilities in the past.
