: Keylock Storage, a self-storage
operator with eight facilities in the Pacific Northwest, recently broke ground on its newest property in Meridian, Idaho, a growing suburb of Boise.
Keylock storage has opened its first facility in the year 2003 and now it has properties in different states such as Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
"I am confident our new Keylock Storage location will be the finest, most modern, and highest-quality facility in the region. We will offer a wide range of sizes and accommodations, excellent amenities, and superior customer service,” said Ron Osborne, owner of Keylock Storage.
The self storage facility in Meridian, ID offer 24 hour access, a conference room, a large retail office and video surveillance. It’ll also provide enclosed RV parking as well as a number of RV-specific amenities such as a dump station, built-in power-washers, remote-controlled gate and RV doors, and electric plug-ins. Tenant-payment capabilities will include auto pay, online bill pay and a smartphone app.
According to a company press release, Keylock intended to double the number of its storage facilities in the next 18 to 24 months.
It’s actively expanding its current properties, building new and acquiring existing ones across the Northwest.
