William Warren Group (WWG) announces the acquisition of Phoenix Parcel
The property has been sold for $3.05 Million

July 27, 2015: Based in Santa Monica, Calif., William Warren Group acquires, develops and manages over 100 self-storage facilities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, South Carolina and Texas, recently acquired a 3.17-acre parcel of land in Phoenix on which it plans to develop a new self-storage facility.

The company operates its portfolio under its proprietary trade name, StorQuest Self Storage.

According to the source, WWG plans to develop a 100,000-square-foot storage facility as well as a small retail office.

The seller, the Gary D. and Kathleen Steele Trust of Phoenix, was represented in the transaction by Troy Dixon of Dallas Real Estate Inc. WWG was represented by Larry Ortega and Daniel Ortega of Colliers International.

Recently, WWG also had acquired Tempe Warner Self Storage in Tempe, Ariz., for $6.7 million.
