Lewis Rental Properties acquires 2 South Florida Self-Storage Facilities
Boca Storage has been sold for $13.85 million and Deerfield Beach Facility has been sold for $7.75 million respectively

June 9, 2015: Two self-storage facilities and two light industrial warehouse properties were recently acquired by Lewis Rental Properties LP, a commercial real estate company which manages self-storage and light-industrial warehouse properties in South Florida.
The two facilities that were acquired are Boca Storage in Boca Raton, Fla. and Deerfield Beach Storage in Deerfield Beach, Fla.

According to “The Real Deal”, Lewis Rental Properties obtained the Deerfield Beach facility at 950 S. Powerline Road from Jeanette Austin and Timothy Lewis for $7.75 million.
The Deerfield Beach facility was constructed on 4 acres and consists of 62,104 square feet.

Boca Storage at 3600 N.W. Boca Raton Blvd. was sold for $13.85 million. Jeanette Lewis and Timothy Lewis were the sellers of that property. The self-storage facility was constructed in the year 1977 on 10 acres and consists of 155,940 square feet.

According to a source, an industrial office building at 1000-1050 N.W. First Ave. and an industrial office warehouse at 2920 N.W. Second Ave. in Boca Raton was also obtained by Lewis Rental Properties.

According to company sources, self-storage and light-industrial warehouse space has been provided by the company for the last forty five years.
