June 11, 2014- GreenCube Self Storage has easy access to the residential customers staying in Southern Suburbs. The storage facility has units of various sizes which would suit the needs of customers. The other amenities include state of the art security and access control.
"GreenCube aims to promote a variety of community projects, and in doing so hopes to make a positive impact in the lives of both our customers and those less fortunate," says Steve Ruffel, of the GreenCube Group. "We are thrilled to be involved with an organisation such as Abalimi-Harvest of Hope and Greenpop which does so much good for our communities and the environment and look forward to strengthening these relationships."
GreenCube Self Storage is one of the first storage facilities in Africa who are implementing eco-friendly infrastructure such as Insulted Concrete Formwork (ICF). This new technique helps to equalize year-round temperatures and protect valued stored goods which in turn decreases carbon footprint.
The company has also partnered with the vibrant tree-planting social enterprise Greenpop to help them with their ongoing storage needs. Greenpop works on reforestation projects in South Africa and Zambia. They’ve planted over 40 000 trees to date.
