East Cherokee Storage raises funds for local community with Charity Auctions
The managers of the self-storage have the passion to help the community

May 21, 2014- East Cherokee Storage facility manager Melissa Emert and assistant manager David Moore have planned for Charity Auctions to aide Woodstock community. Emert links her charity auctions in with regular auctions on the property. Customers of Woodstock, Georgia facility will be donating beautiful things for the community. Pianos, desks, chairs and valuable antiques are some of the things received in donations for auctions in the past.

www.ministoragemessenger.com reports:

"This is a highlight for our ability to set ourselves above and beyond the competition," adds Emert. "We usually raise a couple of hundred dollars for a charity at each auction. For items that we can't sell, we call the local charity pickup trucks that come to select items for their stores that support their charitable organizations. We have called the American Thrift Shop that supports families in distress and the Kidney Foundation that supports people with kidney disease."
