The self-storage has climate controlled units
April 16, 2014- A New Hampshire businessman Chris Ross' has opened the self-storage facility on Daniel Webster Highway, just minutes north of downtown Nashua.
Synergy Self Storage will have about 400 units. The unit size range between 5x5 feet to 10x40 feet. All the units will be climate controlled and will have drive-up access.
"We believe we fill the niche of an unmet need," Chris Ross' said in a press release. "That of a secure storage location for temperature- and humidity-sensitive items, such as furniture, collectible items and paper-based products."
Synergy Self Storage will have gear from Monadnock Security systems, a New Ipswich, N.H.-based security-installations firm. The second phase of the self-storage will have a three storied glass building, totaling it to five floors with over 1,200 individual storage units. The project will begin in 2015.
Synergy Self Storage will have 140,000 square feet of climate-controlled self-storage facility after completion of the project. It will be one of the largest facilities in New England.
