Westy Self Storage donates storage unit for Wilton Eagle Scout

The self-storage in Wilton has donated 3 months free rent for a storage unit for Siripuram’s service project

December 10, 2012- Westy Self Storage will also serve as a collection site for gently-used bicycles. Wilton man, Ramamurthy Siripuram's charity involves testing the bicycles and doing the necessary repairs with the help of the scouts in his troop. He makes sure that each bicycle is safe to ride and then donates them to local charities. The cycles will also be donated to needy and individuals who are less fortunate.

www.thehour.com reports:
"Westy has helped me solve a major issue," Siripuram said. "Without space to store the bikes and room to repair them, I would not be able to complete my project."
Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable in the boy scouting program of the Boy Scouts of America.
