The self-storage unit is acting as a drop-off location and contributing in relief efforts
November 29, 2012- LifeStorage, Chicago based self-storage company, along with filmmaker, and entrepreneur, Ashbey Riley, founder of Bum Bul Bee Photo and Films has raised funds for hurricane Sandy victims. The donation drive had started on November 13th and will be concluding on November 29th. The self-storage company agreed to dedicate a storage unit for the cause.
The drop-off donations were collected at: LifeStorage Lincoln Park- location.
"We're always willing to lend a helping hand, hosting a variety of charity drives and events ourselves," said Michelle Wight, Director of Operations for LifeStorage.
Basic necessities which include soap, blankets, medical kits, detergents, pet supplies, utensils and similar things were accepted at the donation drive held at the self-storage in Chicago.
