New ISS Podcast Addresses Ways to Elevate the Self-Storage Customer Experience Amid COVID-19
The new podcast released as a part of its “Sounds of Storage” series 

December 30, 2020: Inside Self-Storage (ISS) has released a new podcast as part of its “Sounds of Storage” series that aims to help facility operators elevate the customer experience during the coronavirus pandemic. The podcast includes a 12-minute interview with Stacie Maxwell, vice president of marketing and training for Universal Storage Group (USG). Maxwell explains the ways to improve service to new and existing tenants. She also shares strategies her company is using and provides pointers to help owners and supervisors better support staff.

As a vice president of marketing and training for Universal Storage Group, Maxwell oversees the branding, design and marketing programs for the company and its properties as well as its multi-phase training programs.

Universal Storage Group (USG) offers third-party management, comprehensive training programs, and start-up or conversion services including facility design, feasibility studies and brand development. The company owns six facilities and manages more than 70 for other owners.
