November 18, 2019: Bangkok based Redd Premium Self Storage is included in the Bangkok Bound, an architectural showcase on December 14-15. Bangkok Bound will feature more than 20 sites of Redd Premium Self Storage. Participants will be able to tour the self-storage facility and other locations for free. The award-winning Kloem Hostel, the Architecture Library at Chulalongkorn University, a community mall in the Bang Sue area and the Naiipa Art Complex are the other sites included in the architectural showcase.
The self-storage facility at 866 Rama 9 Road designed by Openbox Architects in 2017. It was created to evoke “stacks of cardboard boxes, with a layer of transparent wrapping material,” according to Archello, an architectural website. The red fa?ade matches the company’s brand identity, while the hue was “adjusted to give a touch of Thainess.”
Redd location also offers valet-storage pickup and delivery service, a coffee shop, and coworking space with 24-hour access and humidity-controlled units.
Bangkok Bound is organized by ArchiTracker, a mapping app designed for modern-architecture enthusiasts. The architectural show is expected to have about 2,400 participants.
