The company manages a total of over 4.5 million square feet of self-storage space
August 28, 2019: The Jenkins Organization (TJO) Inc., a Houston-based developer and operator of more than 60 self-storage facilities in five states, has completed construction on its Northgate self-storage project in Austin.
The finished structure comprising 129,000 square feet, it is larger than initially expected. The facility includes three stories and a basement, along with a 1,200-square-foot office, interior-loading area and parking. The facility contains exterior features like masonry, metal paneling and wood veneer, according to a press release from ARCO/Murray, which designed the facility and served as general contractor.
