The site will expand from 60 units to 180
October 31, 2018: The Denbigh based Lock Stock Self-Storage plans to expand the capacity of its location on Ruabon Road in Wrexham. The facility will upgrade from 60 units to 180 units.
Lock Strock acquired the site two year ago and spend around ?100,000 on clearing the site. The company upgraded the facility by installing a tarmac surface, security fencing, cameras and lighting. The expansion is a part of the company’s goal of reaching 3,000 containers by the end of the year.
Lock Stock is a family operated and owns company, which operates 18 container-based self-storage facilities in Wales. Its properties are spread across 12 North Wales cities.
“We recently carried out a similar expansion at our Saltney site and, like all our developments, it has been an organic expansion because we have seen a considerable increase in enquiries in this area recently and we have responded” said by director of Lock Stock Self- Storage Nick Powell.
