The company plans to build a 77,000-square-foot, climate-controlled storage facility
September 22, 2018: A Dallas-based self-storage developer Baranof Holdings LLC has purchased the North Seattle suburb of Shoreline, Wash., where they are planning to build self-storage facility.
According to a press release, the 41,000-square-foot lot on Aurora Ave. North is already entitled and approved for self-storage facility and the purchase was made in a joint venture with an institutional equity partner.
A Seattle-based private development firm Lake Union Partners was the seller. The company was represented in the transaction by Jim Lewis, associate director, and Greg Wells, senior director, for Cushman & Wakefield’s Self Storage Practice Group.
The company builds and acquires self-storage properties national wide. It has 11 facilities in California, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas and Washington, and one under construction in Inglewood, Calif.
