Valley Storage Co. announces the acquisition of self-storage facility in North Ridge, OH
The property contains 269 drive-up storage units

March 1, 2017: Based in Hagerstown, Md., Valley Storage Co., which manages 15 self-storage facilities in Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia, has purchased Fields Store-All Ltd. in North Ridge, Ohio. 

According to a company press release, Valley Storage plans to add new signage to the property as well as update its website to include online reservations and billpay capabilities.

Just south of the Interstate 80 and Ohio State Route 10 junction, the facility will serve residents of Avon, Elyria, Middleburg Heights, North Olmstead, North Ridgeville and Westlake, Ohio, the release stated. It will be managed by Storage Asset Management Inc., a York, Pa., property-management and consulting company.

“We are looking forward to being able to service the North Ridgeville community with even more locations and continuing our high standard of customer service,” said owner Todd Snook.

Valley Storage opened its first self-storage location in Williamsport, Md., in 1986 and currently owns over 1 million square feet of storage space.
